We’ve seen a lot of mods over the years for Nintendo’s game controllers; everything from alarm clocks to attachments for consoles and remote controls, even a built-in NES inside a controller. This is the first time I’ve seen an integrated Famicom controller on a custom-made electric guitar though. There are two controllers on this guitar: one on the head and one on the body near the bridge. While the controllers don’t appear to have a functional role, it would still make a nice collector’s piece for someone’s wall. What’s interesting is it looks like this wooded iteration was made from a plastic Familycom Guitar set. Is this an old Japanese version of Guitar Hero?
