Sacred 2’s Unimpressive First Look

Ascaron has released an early preview video of Sacred 2 on the PC. It’s a really early preview (with an early 2008 release date), this doesn’t exactly make me jump for joy. They’ve got a lot of weapons and armor types, but the combat displayed in the video is a real snoozer. Watch out for the giant scorpion that doesn’t bleed or react to being hit by a sword! Woo!

They might have been better off just showing off the pretty visuals and not showing the combat this early on. Once I figure out who the heck tipped me off to this, I’ll toss the link up.
