Left Behind company goes nuts commenting on blogs

leftbehindlogo.jpgThe Left Behind Games company has begun acting like a pathetic fanboy, posting the exact same comment on multiple blog posts, regardless of whether those blog posts are positive about the game or negative. The message they post accuses most of the reviewers of the game of not being credible, and sarcastically thanks the bloggers for being responsible journalists. Also, they seem to think that Christian pacifists are the only ones criticizing their games. The thing is, the game just isn’t that good – that’s why some are critical of it. They claim that they are receiving repots every day of the game positively affecting player’s lives, but that’s not exactly an unbiased claim they’re making. I invite anyone who has “gotten saved” because of this game, or had their lives changed by it, to comment here. (And then, I’m not so sure it wouldn’t be the company planting stories.)

    I was saved before I started playing this game. But the game was so bad that I decided to renounce my Lord and Savior and become a Buddhist. At least the Buddhists only make awesome nirvana inducing puzzle and music games.

    Hey, with so many people having an opinion about this game, how many have actually played it? And what credibility do they have? Focus on the Family has publications which can set the record straight for everyone

    NYC, Focus on the Family is a Christian group. They are hardly impartial. Christians as a group tend to defend other Christian groups, even if they’re doing wrong. I know a Christian TV station who airs a known scammer, because he claims to do things in the name of God. I would imagine some people (I said SOME people) are blindly praising this as the only mainstream Christian game out there, and having not played other video games because of mistaken beliefs that the games are violent, don’t realize what a bad game is when they see one.

    That said, what credibility do you have? Have you played it?
