Can we hold him to that?

SCEA president and CEO Jack Tretton, in January, made quite a statement, which is in the March issue of EGM: “If you can find a PS3 anywhere in North America that’s been on shelves for more than five minutes, I’ll give you 1200 bucks for it.”
Can we legally hold him to that? You know that tons of stores have a whole stack of them. Let’s go make some money!

maby he should have said something like “for every 50 ps3 that stay on a shelf for more than one year ill give u my life” lol
I’m sure he could just honor the first one and walk away having fulfilled his end of the bargain based on what he said.
i really hope someone holds him to this
