Aeropause. Coming to a Dentist Near You!

02-24-07_0956.jpgMy dentist gets it. When I mean gets it, I mean he understands how absolutely boring (and for some, horrifying) it is to go to the dentist. Dr. Lee Montes of Smithtown Dental in NY is a great guy to shoot the breeze with but he’s also constantly taking advantage of the newest technology on the market. Each chair in the office has an LCD hooked to a PC that can display either your X-Rays moments after they’re taken or maybe a soothing DVD about deep sea exploration.

I mentioned a few days ago that I had chipped my tooth. Whether it had anything to do with my 6666 Gamerscore remains to be seen. One way or another, I needed to get it fixed. My visit this morning went well and while we waited for the digitally molded tooth inlay to harden (by the doctor using a trackball right next to me off of a 3D digital model of my teeth!) he tossed me a wireless keyboard and mouse to browse the web.

So that’s what you see right there. Me, relaxing back full of happy gas, browsing Aeropause.

That’s one sweet dentist office if you can surf the web. You shouldve brought in your Wii…

Damn. I was just at the dentist yesterday for a cleaning, and I was thinking about how they should have something to do while you are sitting there. I was thinking it would be great to bring a guitar and just strum it while laying there lol, and I also thought that just a TV playing the news or kiddie cartoons or SOMETHING would be better than being completely aware of what was happening in your mouth

Best you get here is your choice of music in headphones.
