Pre-Order Halo 3, Get $15 Off Microsoft Points
The Xbox 360 has been the focus of a lot of unique promotions in the past twelve months or so. You probably remember the $100-off sales rolling out from Microcenter and Amazon also had a crazy raffle-like promotion for Thanksgiving. We also learned of the Halo 3 Beta giveaway for early Crackdown adopters last week, but the jury is out on whether I really like that one.
Today we have a, “Pre-order Halo 3 get stuff” promotion. The “stuff” is 1600 ($20US) Microsoft Points for only $4.99. Best Buy is running the promotion and I’m not entirely positive about whether you need to pay for the entire purchase of Halo 3 before or after it ships from their warehouse. Due to the promotion, I’d assume that they’d make you pay for the full $59 title instantly.
