No Gears of War Announcement for PC. For Now.

Mark Rein over at Epic has debunked a little rumor going around that Gears Of War is going to be announced for the PC. Apparently some NVidia drivers mentioned the title somewhere in their notes. But wait a tick, he doesn’t actually say it’s not going to be announced, just that there’s no announcement at this time.
Gears remains an Xbox 360 exclusive “for now”.
Rein explained that since console games are developed on PC’s, there is a process whereby Epic submitted builds of Gears to NVidia and other chipmakers to help test drivers and cards that will run Unreal Engine 3 since there are other UE3 games on PC. Already Roboblitz and Rainbow Six Vegas have shipped with the Unreal Engine 3 on PC.
