Datel has an “Advance Game Port” device out that plugs into any GC memory card slot and will let you play your GBA games on the Cube or Wii. However, it’s a horrible mess – according to Joystiq’s test, “games ran with inconsistent slowdown, laggy controls and audio problems.” Oh yeah, and unlike the GameCube’s Game Boy Player, the Advance Game Port only plays Advance games – not older games from the Game Boy Color or original. The Advance Game Port is already discontinued, but if you should happen to run across one on clearance, don’t waste your money.
