Tiny Diggers – An iPad Construction Truck Game for Kids Age 2-5

When Nanostray was first announced, I was pretty tickled. Naturally, I had a DS and loved shooters, so it was a big score. Fast forward to summer 2005, when the reviews started to appear, using words like “god-awful”, “skewed”, and “weak.” The reviews scared me away, but perhaps they shouldn’t have. A number of people who’ve played it insist it was a great game, and I regret never having picked it up, I’m almost afraid to look how hard it is to find now.

Enter Nanostray 2. I first mentioned Nanostray 2 last year, and I said the following:

“Nanostray, a promising DS launch title that ended up being a rush job to make said launch date, has a sequel in the offing featuring online play.

Let’s hope Shin’en takes their time and produces the quality of work they were known for with the shooters they produced before Nanostray.”

Nanostray wasn’t a launch title, though, was it? Was I on shrooms?

The point is that Shin’en apparently are taking the time. The game is looking very, very impressive. Have ye a looketh.

BEHOLD THE GLORY. I am so down with this game. And I’m going to keep an eye out for the original in the bargain bin. Anyone trying to get rid of theirs on the cheap?
