Capcom confirms DMC4 is a PS3 Exclusive
Capcom’s stepped up to put down rumors of an Xbox 360 version of Devil May Cry 4, ending at least temporarily some wailing and gnashing of teeth by myself and select others on the interwebs. Kotaku reported the quote from the upstanding developer, as well as making sure to note that Resident Evil 4 and Viewtiful Joe were both GameCube exclusives at one time.
Going multi-console wouldn’t surprise me too much for Devil May Cry 4. After all they ported Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition to the PC of all things — hey that’s pretty cheap at 17 bucks. It’s now available in stores in the US, published by UbiSoft. Go ahead and look, I’ll wait. I’ll also wonder what kind of gamepad you’d play it with. Perhaps an Xbox 360 game pad, hmm?
