Beat Me In Gamespot’s “Snake Wars” Tourney
Registration for Gamespot’s, “Snake Wars” Member Tournament began last night. 48 players can register for the chance to win a cut of $1000 in Best Buy gift certificates, so I decided to toss my n00b, PSP-loving hat into the ring.
The Preliminaries start on Monday at 1pm Pacific and continue throughout the day. The rules are as follows: Six players in a deathmatch game mode (no map specified) with the top three players moving on to the next round. My particular match begins at 4pm Pacific on Monday, so I expect third place to be far out of reach by about 4:05pm Pacific.

If you didn’t already know, that’s me “Salesmunn” at the bottom and rest assured, I’ll probably be there in the end. Even though failure is imminent, I’m still going to be practicing a hell of a lot of Portable Ops in the next few days. I have to at least put up some semblence of a fight out there, have to represent for Aeropause after all.
