The Naughty Portable Gamer Gift List

Submitted by James Munn on December 11, 2006 – 8:28 amComments

coal.jpgThere’s basically one reason why I’m writing this; A few weeks ago, my friend Sammael had to buy a birthday gift for his DS-owning sister. She’s a proud owner of a DS and Sammael picked out Bubble Bobble Revolution.

Soon after the purchase, Sammael mentioned it to me. Knowing it was a terrible game, I urged him to rethink the gift. Thankfully, I prevailed and He returned the game, opting for Elite Beat Agents instead. She loves it, of course.

And so this article is dedicated to Sammael, because Modojo just so happens to vote Bubble Bobble Revolution as the game, “for the brat who won’t finish his chores or homework.”

Here’s the full naughty list:

For the brat who won’t finish his chores or homework:
Bubble Bobble Revolution

For the kid who won’t shut up about getting a pony:
Horsez

For the kid with cheap parents:
Elf Bowling 1 & 2

For the kid who thinks Pokemon games are too hard:
Pokemon Ranger

I’d probably choose the newly released Superman Returns: The Videogame for the DS, but maybe that’s just too mean?

If you had to punish someone with a game, what would you choose?
