The Empty Bed Feeling
While gaming is my passion, something that I pretty much eat, sleep and dream about, it’s not the only thing in my life. Those other things in my life, and yours, are routinely jockeyed around a religion of gaming. The people in our lives, the things, have probably gotten accustomed to our late nights and bizarre gaming conversations. If they don’t get used to it, the relationship can’t last.
Rarely do I read something that puts it all into perspective as a brief write-up over at GamersWithJobs.com. Shawn Andrich describes the “Empty Bed Blues” as his Wife has recently gotten hooked on a game keeping her up late at night. In the past, he was always the one staying up until ungodly hours.
