Sony Made 98% of Their Profit Last Year in Banking.

Sony is a massive company with divisions dedicated to consumer electronics, gaming, and even financial services. It turns out that fully 98% of Sony’s profits for last year didn’t come from the gaming sector, they came from the financial services sector.
This little tidbit came from ArsTechnica, but it’s unclear what span of time they’re talking about — the year ending as of November, or calendar 2005?
