From the sound effects and editing, one would think the video makers were trying to warn us of an impending action movie, or an alien invasion, or something.

Oh, the PS3 problem? Yeah, that sucks.

Ahh who wants to play old crap anyways? I’ll never own a PS3 but I haven’t put an Xbox game into my Xbox 360 either.

Sucks for people wanting to play old games on their new expensive PS3, but I really can’t stand Sony and this just makes the 360 look even better than it already does next to the PS3.

I think what we see here is that the PS3 is so f’ing crisp it’s just exposing how jaggy the original PS2 titles really were. This isn’t anything new.

I remember vividly firing up Tekken 3 on my PS2 for the first time with Component cables. It was almost impossible to view it, jaggy as hell.

Great. So, I sold my PS2 to a co-worker for a very low price to be nice and the reward is going to be a crappy looking FFXII when I get that for Christmas? I could understand if I had an HDTV, but it will even look bad on my CRT? I’ll have to pop in something after work today and see if it’s as bad as I’m now fearing. I hadn’t bother to test the backwards compatability yet. Shame on me, I guess.
