Lost Planet Multi-Demo Next Week?
With Gears of War curb-stomping 360 owners around the world, many of you might not have noticed the advertisement to the left included with the package. The text at the bottom states, “Check Out Xbox Live Marketplace for New Multiplayer Demo!” As of right now, there is no multiplayer demo to speak of.
Not sure if the demo will be different than the one demonstrated at the Leipzig Games Convention back in July. That featured 4 on 4 multiplayer with one game mode and map.
Gamespot contacted Capcom and was told,
“We will be announcing more details on the multiplayer demo shortly, so please stay tuned.”
Perusing through the Lost Planet website brought me to Brian Dunn’s blog. Brian discusses a multiplayer playtest he recently enjoyed with his Japanese Capcom crew and then says,
