Halo 3 News – O’ Happy Day!
I love BIG announcements and today Bungie has made good on what they promised earlier in the week. The first BIG announcement is that Bungie is not yet done making maps for Halo 2, if you own a 360 you will be able to download brand new maps come spring 07. Yes, you can only download them if you are a 360 owner. This might piss off a few die hard Halo 2 fans who have yet to buy a 360, but I see it as a good thing because there will be two maps which no cheating can occur on.
The second BIG announcement is that a new Halo 3 commercial will be airing on December 4th during Monday Night Football. The new commercial will not feature any gameplay and is all CGI, but will hopefully give us a little glimpse of the story or new assets.
The third and BIGGEST announcement is that a public beta of Halo 3
