FFVII: Crisis Core Demo in 2006?

crisis_core.jpgIf a JeuxFrance magazine article is to be believed, expect to see a Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core demo sometime in 2006. Wow, all of a sudden Square wants to make FFVII games, now that everyone has nearly forgotten VII. I think that a few years earlier and they would have captitalized, but now I think they are only going to get the attention of the hardcore fans for the most part.

Seriously, this game was from PS1. There have been 6 more since. The characters were cool, but the story was pretty half assed for the ending 1/4… The last boss was cool, but the ending sucked. If you think about it, the ending was a ripoff. I’d gaurantee that it wasn’t what they wanted and everyone involved was disappointed with the final outcome (outside of copies sold).
