Cops Say, Don’t Forget About Halo

Halo3_in_March.jpgIf you’ve seen the Cops and Robbers ad on the Xbox Live Marketplace or on Sportscenter a few days ago, you might have noticed a little viral action. The image has prompted some to believe that Halo 3 will be released in March 2007. Note the image above which is what all the hubbub is about, the words, “HA LO307″ on the bumper.

QJ is barely entertaining the idea that it possibly means a March ’07 Halo 3 release. I agree with them that it really just means, “HALO 3 is coming in 2007″ and nothing more. Or, it could just be a horrifically scary, Earth shattering, puppy-stomping coincidence. I hope it’s only a few months away but I seriously doubt it. What do you think?

Considering that the Beta testing is being done in march I doubt the game will ship earlier then august but most likley in NOV.

Yeah, I’m thinking November as well.

The beta is in spring ’07…whoever thought a release was coming in spring ’07 when a purported multiplayer beta was already scheduled for the same time is an idiot. That is a good omen though. Without a doubt, it’ll be here in time for the next holidays.
