Share Your XBLA & PS3 Online Games

live-arcade.jpgRecently there has been news of how to share your XBLA games. Just use a memory card to transfer your profile to a friend’s 360, and download whatever game you’ve already purchased. Surprisingly, you can then go back home and play the game versus your friend! That’s right, you both have a fully-functional version of the game!

Now there’s news that the PS3 downloadable titles will be allowed on up to 5 consoles. The catch is that with the PS3, you and your friend can’t both play the game at the same time, if it’s an online multiplayer title.

    I don’t know if the sharing XBLA titles actually works…
    I downloaded and bought Street Fighter on my Xbox, then took my memory unit with my gamertag to my friends house and we played it for a while. Then I tried to see if he could play once I took my memory unit out and it just switched to being the trial version. Point is that’s how it’s supposed to work.
