I really liked last year’s DBZ game, Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit 2. It felt like the franchise had finally achieved some serious attention with a game that was both deep and fun.

Expect to see a Single Player Rainbow Six: Vegas demo live on the Xbox 360 Marketplace tomorrow morning. I’m definitely looking forward to this one, we’ll see if it can hold a candle to GRAW.

Everyone on my friends list has pretty much stopped playing GRAW altogether, moving on to newer titles Hopefully Vegas’ multiplayer has more staying power than GRAW, which had a much more competent Single Player component. Why Ubi removed the excellent Duck and Cover from multiplayer, I’ll never know.

The tip for this news comes from EvilAvatar and they picked it up from TotalVideoGames.com. It still looks a bit fishy to me, especially because the news on TotalVideoGames.com seems to be old. We’ll see what happens tomorrow.

You don’t really want duck and cover in MP for a game like GRAW, with big maps it would just create a campfest!

  • James (AeroPause) says:

The multiplayer is just another shooter without the duck and cover.

I just got done playing the demo for Rainbow 6 Vegas and I have top say that I was really impressed. The overall presenation and flow of the game is way way way better then recent Rainbow 6′s have been. The gameplay is faster and way more intense which made it really fun and exciting. The cover element works very nicely and seems to have no bugs.

This is not another shooter, The rainbow games ahve always had a different fel to them then games like Halo or even Gears, I got addicted to XBL because of the first Rainbow 6 and if the MP is as good as the SP then it might just draw me in again.
