psp-to-ps3.jpgEveryone’s hoping and speculating that we’ll be able to use the PSP as a controller for the PS3, even playing games on it when we’re out of the PS3′s sight. But Kotaku’s commenters bring up a good point – with only one analog stick, how many PS3 games are really going to support this feature? Makes you wonder if the new PSP, rumored to be coming out next spring, will have 2 analog sticks. Also, caveat emptor – only the PS3 60GB model will have PSP-PS3 play.

It also makes you wonder what games the DS will really work as a controller for on the Wii.

I can see some advantages for the DS Wii combo, like using the touchscreen with a menu based RPG.

I can’t really think of any advantage for the Psp Ps3 combo besides having a extra screen for a map or something. Besides even if you get 2 analogs on the next Psp, You still have to give up the motion sensor.

I also wonder or something like this really makes gaming more exciting. I mean, I played a lot of marvelous games without ever thinking, gee I wish I could play this game with a handheld, that would be awesome.
