First Look: Oblivion PSP

Early screens of the upcoming Oblivion for PSP are looking pretty good. The developers state that they’re carrying over 18 of the 21 abilities from the original Oblivion and it will be focused mainly on dungeon crawling. Keep on reading for some early grainy magazine scans.

Images are grainy, but at least we can see that they’re going for an original feel of Oblivion in the palm of your hand.

It doesn’t look too bad… As long as it keeps what made Oblivion, Oblivion then I think this game might be a worthy buy for the PSP owners. Though it would be a second priority if I owned an Xbox 360.

For some reason I doubt this will work smoothly. Or if it does manage to run, I doubt it will feature half of what made Oblivion great.

Ahh! I wanna play Oblivion so bad, but of course they have to make the title on the only two systems I DON’T have; PSP and Xbox 360! I know there’s a PC version, but I hate playing games on my PC.

I’m pretty excited about this, since I bought Oblivion for Xbox 360 the first day it came out. However, I agree with the Xaq that it will be very hard to run on PSP, it needs a lot of RAM even for the downgraded graphics we are seeing.
