As a gamer I find it ridiculous; as a male I don’t mind. Back to the gamer part though … crap like this only makes people take gaming less seriously than they do already. To a point it’s perfectly acceptable, but not when it starts to make mainstream gamers a complete joke by association.

I’m not offended. I think it looks stupid, and probably will be distracting, but I’m sure most female gamers are used to the over-sexed images of girls in games. Does it suck that women are objectified? Yeah. I am happy to see that when guys watch the DOAX2 footage they find it as ridiculous as I do. I don’t expect video game characters to ever be completely realistic or fat or ugly or any of that. The boobs in that game though…damn, they just seem the opposite of sexy to me. But, YMMV, I’m just a girl.

I’m a guy and I’m all fine with women in bakinis playing volleyball. I’m fine with realistic breasts and even some physics to make them seem real. I’m all about gaming realism. However, moon boob physics are not realistic. This is just entry of hentai into american sold video games. Creepy pathetic small minded drunk Japanese men love jiggly oversized boobs with never ending movement. They also love tentacles, rapist monsters, man/boy love, and groping women on trains. See what this can lead to?

I don’t find it offensive so much as ludicrous. I mean, when your boobs are so light that they actually sway in the breeze, you have a problem. Well, multiple problems. The trailer looks like they have some sort of living, malicious alien parasite on their chests, rather than the aimed-for boobies.

I watched the trailer with my little brother. He oggled for a minute or so, and then joined me in laughing our asses off. This severely quashes any rage I might have had about the objectification of women, etc.

Of course the breast physics are exagerrated. What isn’t exagerrated in video games? Still, even though they are obviously overdone, they are not as unrealistic as some of you act like they are. The simple truth is that breasts do bounce and (without proper support especially) they can bounce all over the place. I’ve seen bigger natural boobs on women than what’s in these games. I’ve also seen bouncier breasts than what’s in these games. It’s not common but it happens. Take for instance this short clip of Miri Hanai:

Nathan, stop giving Nathans a bad name you illiterate racist twit. This game will probably sell more copies here in the states than in Japan. We’re the ones who are so repressed that prime-time nipple slippage is a topic for national news. Sure DOA is full of misogynist portrayals, but I think it’s still better than the gratuitous violence in most mainstream video games.

I don’t understand what people think is so bad about this game. People don’t get this mad about porn, and when you consider that there is no sexual deviency, just sexuality, it’s not that bad. This isn’t beastiality. This isn’t tubgirl. There’s nothing that even scratches the surface as socially unacceptable sexual behavior. There’s not even sex, so what is there to get all shook up about. There are alot of older gamers anymore, surely mature enough to handle a game with *gasp* boobs that bounce. My sister (who used to be a pretty good volleyball player in high school) loves this game. She likes playing the volleyball. She likes collecting the items. She likes playing the minigames. You know what? So do I. The first game was actually fun (simple, but fun). You really could put alot of hours into it. Is this game what I would consider sexy? Of course. But to act like this is something disgustingly oversexed when we live in a country where our kids’ role models wear virtually nothing as they jump around on stage and “sing”… just doesn’t make sense.

I don't see what the big deal is, i mean honestly it doesn't matter if physics of the female's boobs sway freely thats not what the game is all about. If people don't like how the contents of the game is made they don't have to play or look at it cause it's not really any of their business. I mean the people who dedicated their time day in and day out didn't create this game for a sexual purpose. Really there are alot of selfish inconsidered people our there who don't see games as their are really meant to be seen.
