xbla_logo.jpgMicrosoft’s new Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged Volume 1 release sounds like an ’80′s infomercial music CD offer, only for gamers. It is the first of many “Unplugged” discs full of games, demos and offers perhaps for those who don’t have the luxury of internet. Who doesn’t have internet? On September 5th for $39.99 you’ll be able to get yourself a disc full of the “top-selling” XBLA games and a 1 month Xbox Live Gold subscription. What that gets you:

1. Geometry Wars Retro Evolved
2. Wik: Fable of Souls
3. Outpost Kaloki X
4. Bejeweled 2 Deluxe
5. Hardwood Backgammon
6. Texas Hold ‘em

Plus 3 downloadable Xbox Live Arcade demos: UNO, Marble Blast Ultra and Feeding Frenzy
