Xbox Live Arcade for Windows Coming

Codenamed “Panorama”, Microsoft is planning a Windows Vista version of Xbox Live Arcade, as well as other platforms and it will most likely be officially announced at the upcoming Gamefest event in Seattle. There isn’t much news on this yet, so we’ll have to sit back and wait for more details. But that doesn’t stop us from wondering how this service will serve itself. Will Xbox subscribers have to pay twice, will there be two Gamertags. How would they combat XBLA game piracy? Finally, will developers have to create two versions of the same game for the different platforms?
