.::: I’ve asked a (UK) Midway representative about this at the Leipzig Games Convention directly. Put bluntly: the Xbox 360 version exists. For some reason though, the US-branch of Midway used E3 ’06 to only promote the PS3 and PC versions. Why, she could (or would?) not say. However she did confirm that the UT2K7 press-pack was initially meant to be cleared at E3 as well (it contained the same screens as the other versions), but was removed per request of the US-branch.

So it exists. Plain as day, but as she said nobody bothered looking for it after it was removed from MS’s press site. Everybody just assumed it was to be a PS3 exclusive.

Look out for a little bit more info in the coming weeks, but expect it to fully come into view for the 360 only after Gears of War is launched. For obvious reasons. ;)
