I really liked last year’s DBZ game, Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit 2. It felt like the franchise had finally achieved some serious attention with a game that was both deep and fun.
This year, we …

I was thinking to myself today
I’m quite disheartened. It will be interesting to see how many units they push at launch. The PS2 didn’t sell a lot of units until way after the initial launch date after the price dropped.
Ok, but if you’re comparing to other consoles, then compare the $499 version to the $399 360. Yeah, $100 more, but there are advantages beyond just Blu-Ray. Same price for games, controller, etc. No HDMI either way.
Oh, HDMI is a great thing? Then you have the option, with the upscale PS3 version. You don’t have it at all on 360. Which is worse, no cord included because of cost, or no option at all?
In such a long product life cycle, a lot can happen even if PS3 opens slowly. Within a few months it’ll already have a better game library than 360.
Free online play.
Hd with component cables is already like 90X times better then an SDTV so all the babbling sony did about HD was a bunch of BS.
Ohh and anonymous the PS3 will take way longer then a few months to catch up to library that the 360 has. Plus with everything going MP it might never happen!
do you realize how many millions of dollars would be wasted if they included an hdmi cable. and when did they say that the controller would cost 50 dollars, I mean who do you think they are, microsoft.
yep sonys so evil for giving us optional features that the competiters dont even offer.
I have to say look at how much you, I , and every one else have spent on the 360, eh? lets see, the system, 3 games, plug and play, you get a free month of live, but after that you pay, Arcade Games (see, i know i have atleast spent 40$ on arcade games…), and alot more to come in the future, though luckily mowing lawns gets me by… for now. im never gonna even look at the PS3 as if i wanted to buy it.
Features the majority of people could care less about is what Sony is doing. The HDMI cable is small beans, it may not be a big deal but for $600 I would expect something like that to be included, especially when they hyped their HDMI port so much.
Blu-ray is an unsupported format, remember that DVD was supported heavily when the Ps2 launched. Sony has seemed to turned its back on gamers!
