Game Basic/Saturn Basic, Sega’s Software Development Kit – call it what you will but it is a programming language for the Sega Saturn by ASCII/Bits Laboratory/ESP Inc. and is based on the BASIC language. It will allow you to create rudimentary Mario games like the one above. This “Mario” game gone “Money For Nothing” video is not an emulator in its true sense, but it could be freeware if this person chose to do so. As it would be the smart thing to do.
