So what happens when the zombie geniuses at Capcom get a hold of some next gen hardware? I will tell you what happens, all out insane fun! Dead Rising for the Xbox 360 is a slam dunk IP that can do nothing but get better over time. Spot on, and I agree w/ everything. My only other complaint is the repetitive zombie models. Just a little disappointing that they couldn’t change the zombie model and outfit around a bit to give some more variety. I was so tired of seeing dozens of the same damn cop around the killer clown.
I’ve been singing (or attempting) to sing that damn song that plays when you walk across the park… ‘something something digeridoo’
Yeah the models do get a little bit repetative, but there is enough variety that it can be easily ignored
you quickly forget about the zombie models when your cutting them in half with a katana
agreed on the saving issue, very frustrating. you learn quickly were the restrooms are.
I would also like to note that the Text is way too small to read on a regular to moderate size TV.
Yeah, the text is hard to read on my 27″ tv, I can’t imagine trying to read it on anything smaller.
The game rocks. I can’t wait to get my hands on it.But i hope that the size won’t be a problem on a 94″ tv.

this game is the greatest ever if u like to just run and do whateva or missions “OPTIONAL”
or just to reach highest level…
its is also fun to just slash and dash
with the katana or the shotgun
thats why I give it 4 out of “5″
yo zero9teen its a kickass game man.Trying to escort servivers through a zombie infested mall with a sycopath poping up every now and then makes its challenging.And thats 1 of the many many things that makes this game to me a 5 outa 5.PS if u haven’t already done this drive the red car down the tunnel and make a left and then there should be a van with its lights on,u can go ahead and take it for a joyride.But stay close to the entrance or you’ll probobly get lost.
Purchased Dead Rising after school today, I played it for maybe an hour or two and I can’t just get use to the system; controlling and saving systems.
The controls are just awkward for me, such as using the left stick to aim the gun which I tend to try to use the right stick to aim (due to first person shooter games).
When you die, I hate how you can’t resume from at least an auto-saved checkpoint yet you’re only allowed to select from either a past save or save your status and start a new game… I’ve already died two times (maybe I suck at it) and just had enough of the game.
Hopefully this is just part of a learning curve and all these systems will just work for me in the end.
i havent got the game but ever since it came out ive never had the xbox 360 which is why im goona get it for xmas. not a day whent by when i watch and read about it. and id like to thank whoever made this webstite. and all i know is that when it comes out it is GONNA BLOODY RULE HOUSE MAN. also im a twelve year old boy and im not lying i ate my food while watching land of the dead and if u want to gross me out with guts guess again. i dont mean to be mean though.
