Battlefield 2142 Beta Coming

If you subscribe to FilePlanet and have a pimped out or borderline pimped out computer then you’ll be one of the first lucky folks to get your hands on a beta release demo of the next iteration in the Battlefield series: Battlefield 2142. There’s no word on what specific day this beta will arrive, but keep your eyes peeled on the official page. The final game is said to come on October 10th, so the demo can’t be that far behind. This reminds me of my job interviews at EA months ago, who of course publishes the Battlefield series. I got a free game of my choice just for showing up for an interview, so I picked Battlefield 2 and gave it away on Aeropause.

Just wondering why i might need a pimped out computer?I bought a fp sub specifically for this game.
What are your specs? You’d certainly need a pretty decent box to play this game. Even BF2 demanded an above average computer.
