Another of John Klima’s experimental art projects involves Jack (Super Mario) and Jill (Pauline from the original Donkey Kong) in a hilarious state machine behavior sequence of IF statements that the user controls when they launch a .exe file. Choose your attitude – (chauvinist or feminist), Mario and Pauline’s desires (minimal, moderate or desperate) and the attraction (repulsive, moderate or undeniable). then sit back and watch as the two react, albeit somewhat spaztic, to your inputs.
