Art Group Fools Kids With Their “Game Company”

    By Shane | July 13, 2006

A performance art troupe from SoCal puts together this very eloborate stunt where they pretend to be a video game company showing off a game they’re working on. The group also lets the audience know that they’re hiring but not before they have to watch a very long, painful video of the game in development, which goes horribly wrong. For the most part, the game itself is just a mod with Lego and Spongbob characters running around on screen but the audience finds most of the quite funny. I wonder what those college kids really thought. Did they think this was a joke? What was this art troupe’s reason for fooling these college gamers?
