The Game Innovation Database
An interesting idea for a website and here I thought all the ideas were taken. The Game Innovation Database or GIDb is a really cool and informative, archived database of all the game innovations ever created. This game record is open to anyone who wants to submit info in a Wiki-like style. It not only keeps record of all the hardware innovations, but every game ever released and better yet – every new innovation in a game! By this I mean: "First use of realistic ballistics" in a video game or "First use of Bullet time". It pretty much has everything and then some. Oh yeah and regarding this picture – I had no idea there was a Gameboy Printer?
