Spore On Your Cellphone
No this isn’t a future hack. When a friend told me that Spore is coming to your nearest cell phone I flipped out clam shell style. Thanks to EA’s huge purchase of Jamdat recently, we’ll not only see Spore on the phone but Medal of Honor and Battlefield as well. I just can’t imagine trying to play a FPS like Battlefield on a tiny little screen like that with a mini joystick and the lack of the “WASD” keys. How would they pull that off exactly? But Need For Speed and SOCOM are already on your phone unbeknownst to myself. NFS would be fun to play while you’re killing time wherever you are, but again I’m not sure about the screen size. I think Spore would work though; simple, bright graphics with large characters. Imagine having the ability to continue in the same world you’ve created at home on your cell version or create characters on your cell and email them to home. Endless possibilities. Fun fun!
