Next-Gen Tony Hawk?

If indeed this is real footage of a Tony Hawk game on a next-gen system then yahoo. If not, well, crap. Be that as it may, Gaming Age has a clip of a skater grinding down the curb with brilliant lighting, shadows and animation. Although there is nothing else currently in the scene to lend itself, it’s still impressive.
