Wholly crap, I forgot about Aeropause for 2 days. My reason for absence involves something game-related however. I’ve been seriously addicted to designing my first map for Day of Defeat: Source. I never thought it could be so much fun and involving. I’ve learned more this week in world building then I have anything else this month – haha. This screenshot plus a couple more here and here are early stages of what I have. I’m not really sure how many people read Aeropause and play DoD, but it’s possible. With the Source engine it’s never-ending fun with real-time lighting, physics – as in let’s set up some barrels and knock ‘em down, plus a whole lot more to play with. Being an artist I find I get really into how things look rather then how the map will play out. So I’ve got to watch that.
