Bill Gates in a black trench coat carrying a shotgun in the first Doom!? Yeah! Now we’re talking. The clip was used to introduce Windows 95 and DirectX at the Microsoft Judgement Day event on October 30th, 1995. It’s amazing to think that Windows hasn’t really changed much since XP, has it? Direct X on the other hand has made huge advancements. What happened there?
