Microsoft sues for 100 million and the pirate pays

The news earlier of the XBox 360 dev kits missing have now caused Microsoft to sue for a whopping 100 million big ones. Although not confirmed, Microsoft feels they may have fallen into the hands of Sony or Nintendo. Why would Sony want it? All 3 machines are in a league of their own; Nintendo has their magic wand thing going on and Sony’s PS3 is more powerful then Big Blue.

34853434.jpgAlso in grand game-theft news. Ponce de Leon, of Richmond, TX received 4 years in prison and a bill for 1 million big ones. This is to pay for the money he made from selling pirated games on the interweb. He reportedly made $192,000 from this scheme – not too bright there bucko. I’m not sure how he’s going to come up with that kind of cash, he’ll have to start a game blog from his cell or something.
