Want to be a game music groupie?

game.music.jpgOrchestrations are quite popular these days for big budget games. I don’t think Mario had an Orchestra did it? Haha. Although it would sound pretty cool like that one video of the kid playing all the Mario songs on his piano. Anyway, some Orchestras are hitting the road with their video game music. Music from such games as Final Fantasy and Tomb Raider are now being performed live and probably sounding pretty good. I would like to see one of these shows myself. I think it would put a different perspective behind games. Perhaps even upstage the actual game itself?
