Megatouch Gametime

Now this is different. The Megatouch Gametime machine is a stand-alone touch screen flat monitor with over 80 games built in. I can’t quite grasp though, just how one would play over 80 games with only the process of touching the screen, if it is your only means of interaction. Correct me If I’m wrong but there’s no controller, mouse or keyboard. I suppose then, that the games and software included are custom tailored for this device.
