If it isn’t broken don’t fix it

studio8.jpgWholly crap Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks version 8? They really hammer these applications out quick don’t they? Just when you get used to an interface they go and modify it. That’s my gripe with software. I use apps like these everyday and I hate when something you’re so conditioned to changes. Isn’t the whole idea of user interface about intuitivness? I think Adoba-media (that’s what I call the merge) has captured the ease of use of their software years ago. Why change a good thing? If it isn’t broken don’t fix it. Why spend millions on focus groups, there I go again with focus groups, when the software works great already?

* Dreamweaver 8
* Flash Professional 8
* Fireworks 8
* Contribute 3
* FlashPaper 2

Of course I would like to try these new releases. See, there you go they’ve sucked me in already. I must admit though, there are some very handy new features in Dreamweaver with CSS that I like and Flash has some astounding new technologies as well. I look forward to that.
