Let the lawsuits begin

Rockstar games and Take Two Interactive Software are sued by a lady claiming she bought GTA – San Andreas for her 14 year old grandson. Then claims she didn’t know it contained hidden content. The game had an “M” rating since last October and recently made the transition to an “AO” for “All Over” – oops I mean “Adults Only”. Rockstar claims that the specific content was not intended to be accessible. Perhaps they don’t realize that there are a lot of masterly programmers/hackers out there. I feel that with a game so huge, they should’ve been more careful knowing that the last GTA was just as successful.

As every other news article has stated, how is it that the sexual content is not okay but shooting or killing people, drug related scenarios and a truck load of other felonious situations occur in the game without such media attention. Considering that, there has been some hubbub over the mega-game from political figures and such. *shrugs*

The lady shouldn’t have bought the game for someone underage, and she shouldn’t sue because she bought the game and it was her own dumb fault. She just wants some money.
